So this was a first buy for any type of neck stretcher/relaxer pain relief neck pillow. When I use to goto the chiropractor he would have me use a similar type of crappy beanbag that I would put underneath my neck, But this Zamat pillow works much better and it's stupid easy to use, you fricken lay on it. If you can't figure that out you shouldn't take baths. I just slide it all the way to the rear of my shoulders and let my neck droop down for the most comfortable support. After you relax enough after a hard day you will get that blood flow Euphoria feeling that's just completely great, It was so great I had to tell you about it.. Struggling with neck relaxation tight shoulder issues? Then 20 mins on this is a must. This is also my own review and if you're having second thoughts then your neck will just keep hurting 😅 I recommend you just buy one and give it a shot.. If you're that type of person you can even send it back and get your money back, so you lose nothing but opportunity🤷‍♂️ maybe not for everybody but everyone should give it a try at least. Because if it works for you as good as it did me you'll be writing messages back thanking me 👍 don't worry I'll wait
