I purchased this stimulator to help accelerate my ab workout to get rid of my "Pandemic Belly" before my tropical (bikini) vacation because my regular workout wasn't getting me where I wanted to be fast enough. I used it 3 days aweek while I did chores for about 5 weeks and I'm very pleased with the results .(See my pics...obviously I'm NOT young, yet it worked for me!).Of course you have to be consistent and eat right, but I do that anyway. This stimulator is so easy to use, and it's priced right. Most importly, it gets results. Well worth it!
