I was not paid or incentivized to write this review in any way. I'm just a regular person who had a LOT of stuff going on that I didn't know abut. To be honest, I bought this because I read that in conjunction with resveratrol, weight loss would happen - or at least, the prevention of weight gain would happen. My metabolism had been at an all time low, my digestion was terrible, I had acid reflux almost every day. I was kind of worried, but brushed it off as just a minor condition I could cure with slippery elm. My stomach kind of looked like I was a few months pregnant, my energy levels were low to say the least, and my mood was down. Now, I was taking other supplements for energy and mood and they were definitely working - but this supplement gave me a fast, dramatic result - one that I'd never experienced or anticipated. I woke up the day after taking it, and for the first time in YEARS- I could suck my stomach in all the way (this is the week before my period, mind you). I can't say actual weight loss has happened - but there is NO bloating EVER, my digestion is great, I feel an energy boost and a general lovely sense of well being thanks to this. I think what I got was better than what I was looking for.
