So I got my daughters watch today. Looks very nice and very kid friendly. However I got the recommended sim card and could not activate it. Called Customer service and they informed me they do not support 2g anymore. Very upset that I spent the money to get the watch and the card and now I have to find another provider who will support it. In my book thats faule advertisement. Very very disappointing!!! Update: t-mobile will proves service for this watch.
