This is honestly the best vacuum I have EVER used! Our household has five people, two cats, and a dog. So there is definitely a lot of hair and dirt. I hate a dirty house but between all of us, and the fact that we entertain a lot, there's not a lot that we can do about the dirt. We've gone through four vacuum cleaners in the past two years. I've taken the apart, cleaned them, and put them back together. But the load of pet hair, human hair, and dirt (plus sand. Did I mention we also live by the beach?) always seems to kill the motor. I really really wanted this vacuum because it says that it works well with pet hair. However, I wasn't going to get overly attached to the idea because I had a feeling it would just burn out. So far the only thing it has done is clean up EVERYTHING! I vacuumed our living room with one of our older vacuums that i thought worked. When I rolled this vacuum over the same area, it pulled up tons of stuff. It really made me nervous about what we've been living in these past couple of years. It is a bit heavier than what I am used to but I do not care! It feels like it's built to last and it's completely worth the investment. The attachments are PERFECT and work for our stairs and furniture. I honestly can't say a single bad thing about this!
