Love the small humidifier I purchased -- I use it in a bedroom and it makes a tremendous difference! So quiet you don't know it's on and provides just the right amount of moisture to keep me breathing easy all through cold weather months. My first one stopped working after 2 years for no apparent reason. I contacted Pure Enrichment customer service (not expecting much since warranty was 2 years) and they were back to me within one day! Asked for proof of purchase and some info regarding the problem, and a day later they contacted me thanking me for my purchase and advising they were shipping a new one to me. That's the BEST, quickest customer service ever! Thank you Pure Enrichment! I love your product and your customer service!
