I was excited to get this charger. For some reason, charging is erratic and did not fully charge my iPhone XR on the fist night. I used the 2nd and it behaved as the first. I’m buy now, but will be returning mine. Update 11/29/18 The Yootech Customer service contacted me to find out how they could make my purchase right. They advised me that I should use an iPad charger rather than the XR charger. I don't have one of those, so they sent me an upgraded charger as a replacement. I am very pleased in how Yootech reached out to me and resolved my concerns. I am upgrading my rating from 1 star to 5 star because of their customer service. The replacement charger works flawlessly!
