I am usually sick all winter with respiratory issues and sinus infections I will never be without this! If I start to get sick I start taking 1 tablespoon 3 times day for about 5 days ( yes more than rec dose on side of bottle as it was not enough for me) I also cured a severe urinary tract infection that 2 different antibiotics did not cure and also a ear infection I put drops directly in my ear 10 drops twice day for 5 days... healed it! ( BTW I am a nurse I have been on so many antibiotics over the years that most don’t work on me anymore) But this stuff works!!!!!
