First, let me start by saying that I have never owned a hair dryer that can do what my hairstylist’s can do. At home with my drugstore-bought Conair (maybe that’s why it’s been so bad...oops), I’ve only gotten frizz, frizz, frizz! “So why even blow dry my hair if it’s a waste of time?” I thought. I thought I had to spend a couple hundred (never!) to find something that would even come close to what I get to use at the salon..thank goodness I never did! I am very excited to report that I found a reasonably-priced, favorite hair dryer! Look no further! This may seem frivolous (but wait, just hear me out!), I really like that the cord has a velcro piece (see photo) to neatly wrap up the cord! Genius idea!! I’ve never had that on a hair dryer, let alone anything with a cord. Velcro pieces on cords should be made into a law. So smart! Brilliant! Thank you! I wish I could give this 4.5 stars. It really is an awesome hair dryer, the only con is the lack of a diffuser attachment for my curly hair. But, a diffuser can sometimes be a hit or miss product. So on the bright side, I got to find one that I know works well (thank you other Amazon reviews, I bought the Hair Dryer Diffuser Attachment by Segbeauty, Professional Compact Hair Blower Tool for Curly or Wavy Hair, Dry and Gain Volume without Frizz) I have NO FRIZZ- what?! I always thought this was a gimmick! No way could it be possible...It IS! Look at my photos! I feel like my hair has new life! My hair looks better by using this product. This is how I did my hair that you see in the photos: 1. Comb hair out with leave-in conditioner 2. Scrunch with Pantene Pro-V Controlling Curl Creme 3. Add heat protectant spray 4. Put inDiane By Fromm 42-pack Twist-flex Rods 5. Use diffuser to dry 10-15 minutes 6. Unroll 7. Diffuse a little more bringing curls up to your crown I have yet to use the concentrator because I embrace my curls! I don’t use it too often, but that’s because I always thought it was a waste of time because my previous hair dryers always left frizz...now that I get no frizz from this hair dryer, I can’t wait to try it out! I’ll update when I do. Pros: the size- just a bit longer than my toothbrush lightweight! easy access to cool shot button negative ions really work- I have NO FRIZZ the velcro piece to neatly wrap up the cord Cons, which are NOT deal breakers!: no diffuser attachment one color option (that I’m aware of), but really...not that big of a deal. First world problem. the high/warm setting is not warm, it’s hot cool shot button a bit slow to get cool, but not that big of a deal
