I am updating my review after receiving a full refund and personal, handwritten note from the owner of Puriya, Emily Rose, in response to my previous Amazon review. My previous review was 2 stars and stated the product was ok. After receiving such great customer service, I am updating my review to reflect that the product is high-quality and so is the packaging, The product inserts detail their money-back guarantee as well. I think my prior review was based on my own unreasonable expectations that a single OTC product would help with my complicated skin issues. I have since seen a dermatologist and required 2 prescriptions to help with my skin. As a result of the note I received, I have learned that Puriya is a small, family-owned business, which I generally prefer to support with my purchases. I appreciated the personal response and the suggestion of another product on Amazon that might help my skin. If you are considering whether Puriya is worth your money, I would say give it a shot and decide for yourself. It does smell amazing and this one container will last at least 6 months, so it is worthwhile, especially when you consider supporting a small business that uses safe ingredients.
