I purchased 3 of these umbrellas for my family. My hubby and I found that these umbrellas worked great. Easy to open and close. Held up in rainy Vancouver. Haven’t had a chance to try them out in a wind storm yet, so can’t say how they will hold up. Wanted to give a shout out to Rebecca in customer service. My son’s umbrella came home from school and 2 of the ribs were bent and he could close it anymore. I sent them an email (to ask about life time warranty). Rebecca relied basically right away and has already submitted a request for a replacement for me. Great product, great service. Yay for supporting small businesses.
