Let me start by saying I have no reason to dispute the quality of the oils, as the fragrance in my diffuser is wonderful. The price compared to other brands is fantastic. The only gripe I would have, and it is minor, is perhaps with the quality control of their packaging. The package smelled of peppermint before I even opened the mail packaging. I checked the lids, which could have been tighter, but none were super loose. There was, however, no obvious sign of leaking oil. What was obvious, and hence the reason for only 4 stars, was the visible difference in volumes between bottles. I have included photos of the two extremes. The bottle on the right is filled to the base of the lid, whereas the bottle on the left is filled to just below the sticker level. Two of my bottles weighed only 35 grams, while another two weighed 40 grams. The rest were in between. That may not seem like much, but it translates to about 0.169 fluid ounces, which is exactly 100 drops of oil. I am not sure what the bottles are supposed to weigh. So, did I get more or less than I am supposed to have? Either case, I consider that lax quality control. With that being said, I would buy this product again simply because their prices are hard to beat for 100% essential oils.
