I purchased this soap based upon a majority of the reveiews of those with skin issues. My 12 year old son has had eczema on his face since he was an infant so I figured it couldn't hurt to give this a try seeing how everything else we've tried doesn't work. Wow, what a difference it has made! I lather some up in my hands and gently message into the affected area for about 30 seconds, then rinse. Although this soap is kind of expensive,it's extremely effective and we will never be without it in our home.
