Start slowly and dilute it properly!
This is definitely one of the better formulations I've seen. It is convenient (no refrigeration), and the glass bottle has about 200 full strength doses. I didn't really follow the directions so my advice may not be right for you, but here it is. If you are new to oregano, don't start full strength on an empty stomach. Definitely do not start by dropping it onto your tongue (even if you are taking it for thrush) and don't drop the full dose into an ounce of water because that isn't diluted enough. Oregano is very HOT in the digestive system and if you are sensitive to that you need to start slow. Since I hadn't used it in awhile, I started with 2 drops in a 6oz glass of warm water. I had drank a protein shake first, so it wasn't on an empty stomach either. This is not what the directions say to do, but it is how I eased my body into using it again. In the past I've gone straight to full strength and I had the standard reaction to consuming a spicy, potent herb: digestive pain, diarrhea, flushed skin etc. That is similar side effect to consuming too much garlic or any hot pepper. If you think of oregano like a really spicy food, it just makes sense to start slow. My family has used this for fungal infections, yeast problems, dandruff, skin, helping the immune system and especially anything in the respiratory system or lungs. It works, but don't make yourself sick when trying make yourself healthy.
