I've had this vacuum for several weeks, it really works and meets all expectation. After its passage, the dog hairs and dirt are perfectly sucked, even along the walls. Stair sensors and collision sensors work perfectly to protect itself. Zoned cleaning and joystick in APP are the extra merits. Pros: -Cost -Mopping is a plus -Suction Power -Recharge and resume -Detect carpet and increase the suction power to max -Programable Cons: -Have to wash the mop cloth frequently during clean. -No virtual wall in APP to insulate the carpet you don't want to mop. Nothing frustrating happened yet. I am pretty satisfied.
