I’ve been taking this for about 18 months, and haven’t notice any difference between this and VSL 3. It’s also relatively cheap compared to many probiotics. Nexabiotic contains many probiotic strains including bifidum which has been shown to be helpful in the treatment and prevention of ulcers (Nagaoka, Hasimoto, Watanabe, Yokokura, and Mori, 1994) and S.Boulardii, a fungus that shows promis in the treatment and prevention of C.diff (Tung, Dolovich and Lee, 2009) and ulcerative colitis (Gusisandi, Giollo, and Testoni, 2003). The only down side of nexabiotic is that it only has about 15.75 billion CFUs a capsule, so two capsules may not be enough. There are some claims that buspar lab proxies have planted false reviews of this product on Amazon. I systematically sampled 33 of the 104 five star reviews of this product. Of the 33 reviews, 29 of the reviewers had reviewed other items on Amazon. This suggests that someone isn’t making up numerous accounts and just reviewing this item. It isn’t proof that all of the item’s reviews are legit, but it is evidence that many of them are.
