Im 5’4, 225 and carry majority of my weight in my stomach. I normally wear any where from a 14-16 in jeans and got the size 18 they fit perfectly so I would order 1 size larger than your jean size. The material is great and doesn’t fold over or roll down. They come up well above my belly button and cover plenty of booty too. Completely satisfied with them!
