I have been taking a Quercitin for a while from a different brand. I then took two of these (1000mg) at once not thinking about that it is a higher dose than my usual. The next day I noticed parasites coming out when I went to the bathroom. The next morning I had what I assume is a herx reaction with nausea, and diarrhea. I did some research and found that Quercitin has antiparasitic properties. I did not take these for an antiparasitic effect and was shocked that I had a parasite problem.
