I just received this product in the mail yesterday, and so far I love it! It fits my Macbook Pro with Retina 13.3" (latest model) perfectly. The material on the outside is solid and durable and the material inside is amazingly soft and I can't imagine it scratching my Macbook in any way. The 'leather' handle (not sure if it's real leather or not), whatever it is it is very sturdy, I have no worries of the strap breaking while holding the case by it. The front pocket is one of my favorite parts. It zippers shut and has a waterproof-feeling lining to it. It is pretty big and I can fit my whole charger and extension cable in it (with my macbook inside) and still have plenty of room for more. The dual zippers allow you to charge your laptop while it's in the case, which is nice for people like me who want to protect from dirt/dust as much as possible. The only thing you have to be careful about it to make sure you are opening this on either a flat surface, or that you have your hand on the bottom of the case as you open it to take your laptop out, otherwise it will slide right out since it opens from the bottom..which would not be good! So you just have to pay attention. There is definite padding on the sides, nothing that would protect your macbook from something major but for a small drop would likely protect it well (I'm not going to test this theory!). I wanted something with padding but still a slim enough profile that I could fit it into my bag. This seems to be the perfect combination of the two. Like I said, I've only had this for one day and have only tested it enough to write a review, I'll be updating this after a few weeks to let you know how it's lasting! I have a bunch of pictures to attach as well. PS: This came in a very nice-looking zip-lock package as well as a nice micro-fiber cloth, and the one-day shipping was right on time!
