Ok I've had the generator 3 years now. first let me tell you I have the most unreliable electric service of anyone I know, every time the wind blows my lights go out. Most of the time it takes at least one or two days before power is restored. I used to go get a motel room at $85 per night until the lights come back on. That all ended when I got this generator. I have used it about 15 or 20 times in the last 3 years. It always starts right up and runs my refrigerator a small ac unit in my bedroom, my tv and any lights {led} in the house. It will run anywhere between 10 to 15 hours on a tank of gas {4 gal}. All my neighbors are suffering while I'm watching tv with cool air and cold drinks.Best purchase ever 5 stars Wow! 4 years still runs great. Well it’s been 5years sents I got this generator. In that time I have had to use it many times and I just love it.wow 7 years. As I write this my generator is running steady and quietly while a hurricane blows through. It started on the first pull the way always does. I use synthetic oil and I keep it in the shed when I am not using it. What can I day WOW! Update: almost 8 years of experience with this generator during that time I have run it many hundreds of hours. During that time I have moved twice, at one point it was my only source of electric power for almost two months,12-18 hours a day. It still starts with one pull. What more could you ask for? Love it!
