This chair has potential. It seems comfy and for the most part, sturdy. I specifically chose this one because I didn't want a plastic base for the wheels,- I wanted metal. However, the welding on the right arm (where the arm connects to the seat,- the piece that you connect the arm too) is broken. I'm not sure when it exactly happened, but I got this chair on 7/10 and it's 9/20,- so less than three months. I'm pretty sure it was like that from the beginning, but I stupidly waited until now to really look into it. I thought this whole time I wasn't tightening something correctly, so I waited until I could have someone come help me. I finally had enough and today I cut the fabric to see if there was a screw loose in there or something I could reattach, but unfortunately its definitely the welding. I've reached out to the seller, but I doubt I'll get any sort of help since the window of returns is well past the time frame. Update - I was pleasantly surprised that not only did I get helped, they went above and beyond. I was sent a new seat to replace the broken one extremely quickly. Hopefully this one doesn't break!
