I'm using this to operate an RV with a 50 amp hookup, and to power a well that requires a 30 amp hookup, while waiting for the electric company to install my line. This arrived undamaged, was fairly easy to assemble the few parts that needed to be, and fired right up. Running the RV with AC almost all the time, the generator runs about 10 hours or so with a full tank of gas. At the time of this writing, it's been running about 15 hours a day for 2 weeks without issue. When I do get my electricity installed and later when my house is built, I feel confident this unit has the guts to run the house during power outages (fairly frequent out here in rural OK). Based on my experience so far, I recommend this unit because it has lots of bang for your buck. EDIT: Been running this generator for 20 days now, 15 hours a day, with AC, PCs, appliances, TV, etc. I am getting about 10 hours per tankful of gas. Not bad. For this kind of use, check the oil level a couple times a week, and add a little when the dipstick shows low. It only holds a little over a quart of oil, so ONLY add a little oil, check the dipstick, and add more accordingly. It doesn't take much to suddenly overfill it. So far, this unit has been stellar. Hopefully, I will have my electricity line run soon. It IS tedious living off a generator.
