These are beautiful sheets!! Out of the package, washed EXACTLY as directed. Ironed my pillow cases, then straight onto the bed. Slept in them last night for the first time and was so comfortable and very happy. I can tell they are going to get softer with future washings. So here's the deal people - these are 100% cotton sheets. They WILL come out wrinkled from the dryer - that's what cotton does. If you want wrinkle free sheets, buy the cheap microfiber. Or - better yet - hang these beautiful sheets on the clothes line and they will be wrinkle free. I've been collecting vintage bed linens for the past 25 years. Nothing feels like a beautiful old crisp cotton sheet off the line. But they have to be ironed or hung outside to be perfect. If it's worth it to you, you will go that extra step to have an enjoyable product. These sheets are very nice for the price, and iron up beautifully. If you don't mind wrinkles, or 3 minutes with an iron, then you are good to go!!
