Shipped and arrived before expected. Delivered Saturday morning. FedEx guy brought it up 3 floors. Light small box very well packed and all the metals pieces were complete and were zip tied together. Instructions and tools included. Assembled in 15 mins. (I have arthritis and Lupus and I was in pain but it was still very easy to build) just connect and screw, the metal bars that go in between have rubber stoppers at the ends to prevent them from slididng out thry fit snugged, bed is sturdy and makes no noises at all. It's stable doesn't wobble when you sit on it, well built. 10" memory foam mattress on top of it, fits perfectly, doesn't slide, or stick out from the corners. I can't feel the metal bars under at all. Tons of space under to store but unlike other beds I considered a large Tupperware doesn't fit under it (see picture) you can squeeze it in if you can lift the frame and mattress but I cant, however you can still store plenty of boxes and knick knacks under this. I have a homemade headboard from a previous bed that just sits flat agains the wall, worked great with this, This is a great product. The only thing really bothering me is that two pieces show signs of being welded together and you can see it (see picture) but they seem sturdy and well done so it's just cosmetic. I ordered this for my roommate who is 130 lbs, I am 230 lbs and my husband is 205 lbs and we both tried it out together, moved around quite a bit and it didn't budge or fall apart. Very happy with my purchase!
