Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This game is fun and cool to play as someone who likes decorating games, but I keep having a problem and would like to know if its a normal bug that has yet to be fixed. Every few weeks it completely restarts and while I don't lose any of the stuff I've bought I do lose all of my progress in designing rooms and other areas. I will not delete this game from my device but would prefer if this issue could be fixed as I have never hit the 'reset' button and I would like to not have all of my progress erased.
