This is easy to assemble and stable once put together. Quality is nice and well made, traps heat really well as I can feel all the heat from the stream once inside. It does take about 10 minutes to warm up and start steaming but after that you will sweat and it's a refreshing feeling. Controls are easy and the temperature is aimple to adjust. Remote is very handy for when your inside steaming already to turn off or adjust heat. Good value too. Make sure to never over fill the first line water level (does not steam if it's over filled). I would advise for people who are over 200 lbs to use a different chair. Only small downside is steam comes from the bottom so it get hot and you'll need to move your feet around. P.S. tell you the truth, this machine steams so much I was dripping with water and I couldn't tell if I was sweating or if it's water from steam. When I get out, my skin is slightly pink and it feels like my skin is breathing. I am a happy customer.
