They work...use on off days!
For the first full 24 hours after taking both night and day capsules, I felt nothing different. After taking each set twice... the cleanse was in FULL throttle. I am in the restroom right now as I type and I don't think I even need the final set/day of pills. Be sure to take on your days off because they really work and you will not be able to, lol!
