What Baby Wants, Baby Gets . . .
I know this pen sounds totally sexist, but I assure you, it's not. As a man, I can tell you, it's not easy dealing with your woman. Sometimes when my woman is out of her binder, fixing dinner, scrubbing the floors, doing the dishes, cleaning my underwear, awkward things can happen. Like when my woman saw me writing out checks, and asked me what that thing in my hand was. I was speechless. How inquisitive for a woman. I was so proud of her for asking. Seeing that the crayon-stage had passed, I told her it was a pen. "It's for writing words." She asked if she could try it, and I was hesitant, because you know, writing leads to reading and reading could lead to higher cognitive skills. Oh, wait . . . what was I thinking? So, I gave my woman the pen and she tried to scrawl a "D". So cute. But, she was having trouble holding it, as her hands are only used to pan and skillet handles. So, as a surprise, when I put her back in her binder for the night, I went out and bought her a "Bic For Her," and gave it to her in the morning after she made me my nutritious breakfast and I read the morning funnies to her. She was soooooo happy! It fits really well in her hand, so when she tries to write just like me, her hand doesn't cramp, which could delay her making my dinner, and could cause our children to join the Bloods. And she loves the colors too! She's so proud to be just like me. Our refrigerator is just chock full of her "words" now. Thank you for making my woman soooooo happy, Bic! Baby wants to write like a person, and what Baby wants, Baby gets!
