I was so excited to try the Cafe du Chateau cold brew coffee maker—especially because buying Starbucks all the time can get really add up! I love my coffee and I like cold brew especially because I live in hot weather year round. I thought I was going to make a terrible coffee but it was easy to use. It has an easy to clean design with a reusable, metal mesh filter down the center. It’s durable, good size and makes strong batch of cold brew with no metallic aftertaste and not too bitter—I definitely recommend it!
