I have to give 5 stars for these allergy immune bites AND Zesty Paws customer service too! Our Dalmatian has grass/pollen allergies and was losing hair after moving to a pollen rich environment last summer. I found these and decided to give them a try after I read about the long term effects of Apoquel. Between these bites and Quecertin, our dogs allergies and hair loss has been significantly reduced. Since my dog has been on these for quite some time, I had re-ordered (or thought I did) before I left on a long trip. The new ones arrived and I sent them to boarding with my dog. When I got back, there weren't very many gone and I realized my dog had quit eating them when previously he gobbled them up. The new batch had looked slightly different but I thought it was just because they were new. I emailed Zesty Paws when my dog started completely refusing them to see if they had changed their formula or something because my dog had eaten them really easily, definitely looking forward to them every day. Customer service emailed me back the same day (5 stars right there!) and they told me I had ordered peanut butter instead of his usual lamb flavor. I had no idea there was more than one flavor at all, I thought I had just reordered the same thing. Customer service went one step further and offered to send me our regular lamb flavored ones. Seriously, that's 5+ star customer service right there. Other places need to take heed of how well Zesty Paws is treating their customers. I had to write this review because the product itself is great (even though I found out my dog doesn't love peanut butter-he's a picky eater anyway and not very food motivated) and their customer service is by far the best one I have dealt with on Amazon. They have a consistent customer in me for sure, and I have just ordered the scoot away bites for our small dog that has anal gland issues. Thanks Zesty Paws, keep up the great products and awesome customer service!
