Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this item for my husband, who wanted a French press coffee maker. I did some research of other models and read reviews and happy I chose this one. And as other reviews said, you get an email from the company saying that they will replace if broken. I have used it several times and please with the taste. Downside is that it doesn't make a lot of coffee but perfect for the 2-4 cups of quick fresh coffee. Also it doesn't stay hot long.
