First off, apologies for the not so nice picture quality. Secondly, although my skin didn’t undergo a complete transformation, I feel that this serum has helped enough that I felt to write an early review. Prior to use my acne was already inflamed and in the middle stages of spreading down to my neck (as my cystic acne has that cycle during week long episodes). I’ve used other acne treatments to keep my acne under control but it did nothing but dry out skin even with herbal toners and moisturizers and god forbid I miss a prior treatment because my acne would not so kindly remind me the next day. The serum itself is a cloudy white in color and absorbs impressively fast in my opinion. It smells very medical/herbal like of course which I don’t mind but others with a sensitive nose may think otherwise. The dropper isn’t very impressive but it does the job and so far I have had no problems with applications. My skin is fairly sensitive so I do feel a slight sting after applying it to an out-of-the-shower face, but it goes away within five seconds or so. If your skin is insanely sensitive I would suggest less applications per day as I use about two drops on each cheek, one on my lower jawline and cheek bone, one drop on my forehead, one drop on my upper lip and chin, and two on either side under my jaw since my acne tends to cluster there the most. If this is too much or too little I wouldn’t know but it works for me. Despite the marks, my skin now is actually smooth to the touch with a slight raise in skin from the healing. I also has crater scars from not so good habits as a kid and I also realized that they have been smoothing out as well. All in all, it smells medicinal, easy applications, and has changed my skin so much in a little over a week I would definitely recommend this to anyone who despite using traditional treatments, can’t seem to control their acne flare-ups. UPDATE: 7/1/19 My skin has improved very much since I have started using this serum. A lot of my acne scars are already smoothed or in the process of smoothing out. My sensitivity went up though so I needed to reduce applications to once every other day but small price to pay. I will be ordering my next bottle soon!
