Pro's: - Built in timer and dimmer switch - Flexible and hold position well Con's: - None I love that this light has a built in timer and dimmer switch. This feature kept me from having to buy a timer just for these lights, and therefore saved me some money on the purchase. They also hold their position really well. You can move them into place and not have to worry about the weight of the light causing the arms to sag. I can move them into multiple positions, and I have no problems with them not staying in place. So far, I have been able to produce some nice sunflower microgreens with these lights (see the pic).
