So far so good I definitely noticed a change in the condition of my hair. It was thinning due to over heat styling. I stopped flatironing my hair and chopped off all my heat damaged straight pieces. It’s grown some but overall it is way thicker and my natural curl pattern has returned. Can’t wait to see how my hair looks after 3 months and 6 months of use. So far it’s been a month and it seems to be working. Also one major difference I noticed is I am not loosing whole strands of hair handfuls at a time . It barely sheds now.
