I had been having daily headaches for weeks, took OTC, migraine, allergy meds etc; I even went to the doctor for my headaches and nothing helped me. I recently started using essential oils and read that Four Thieves can help with headaches. I rubbed Four Thieves on the bottom of my feet one morning and no headache that day. I did this for the next several days and no headaches. To experiment, I didn't rub the Four Thieves on my feet for 2 days and I had headaches those days. I started using the Four Thieves essential oil again and the headaches are gone. Putting Four Thieves on the bottom of my feet has now become a part of my morning routine and rarely do I have a headache now. My DH says it's all in my head that this essential oil makes my headaches go away .............. I don't think so, but even if it is, at least I'm not taking tons of OTC medicines that can't be good for me to use on a daily basis. I'm sure there are other uses for this essential oil, but I love it; it has helped me and I highly recommend it.
