Organized by chapter(by lie). A very easy read! I finished in a day. Sure some reviews say she’s a little bragadociaous, an I’d agree, but you’d be missing the point if that’s what you took away from the book. You’ll feel like you ARE her in this book. You are not alone, and while this book may not help you achieve personal goals- it’ll give you a sense of peace. I’d recommend. I’m 29 with one child. I’d say it’s fit for men, women, and teens. (There’s a chapter on sex but nothing “raunchy”)
