These are quite helpful when used correctly. I was hesitant to buy because of all the reviews saying they're too small for an adult face, but realized by simply looking at the photos they were using them incorrectly. These are not supposed to fit over your chin or your entire nose. Under your 😷 it goes from the end of your nose to under your bottom lip, allowing you to breathe and talk easily without sucking your mask into your mouth. Today I had an internet tech visit, and he was constantly trying to hold his mask out of his mouth to talk. I had one left, and gifted it to him with a new mask with an inside pocket sleeve. The shield is flexible enough to slide inside the pocket on a non pleated mask, eliminating the need to sew it down as suggested. The staff at my office, who talks with clients face to face all day loved them! I just placed an order for a second set to share with other friends. I hope this clears up some of the confusion in the other reviews.
