Used to take Bi-Flex which is a good product. When I stopped taking the Bi-Flex I developed knee pain again within a couple of days. But after great success with the fish oils I read the labels on all of Bioschwartz's products. This product is simply better than Bi-Flex. I switched when my supply ran out and think I can even tell the improvement already.
