This is absolutely the best quality hand shower head I have ever purchased. I cannot stress enough the importance of all metal construction, no more splitting the connection nut by over tightening. It comes unassembled but with clear instructions, and fits together so easily. Because this is an all metal hand shower, the brushed nickel finish really does match my brushed nickel valves and tub spout I had in my shower already the closest. None of the plastic hand showers I have tried come close to matching the finish color. Even the hose which is extra long is all metal, and moves so easily, its like holding onto a snake the motion is so smooth, not stiff like plastic hoses. P.S. Don't skip the 2 steps where the say to add the 2 included gaskets into certain places, I did at first and saw a slight leak, so I went back and added them and all is great. After having this all metal hand shower, I would never buy a cheap plastic one again.
