This is a pretty good fort kit. Had to buy 2 sets to make any kind of fort that an adult could fit in. The poles can be a little difficult to fit in the ball holes, but not impossible. Some of the holes are loose, so your poles may slip out but not too often to be a problem. Definitely not something a young child can do by themself. We like to cover them with blankets and little chip clips. Makes for a fun fort!
