Here are some tips for flipping the pancakes easily: -Don’t overfill wells, having too much batter makes it difficult to flip without making a mess -Leave one well open -When it’s time to flip, flip a pancake into the open well next to it. Then repeat with the newly opened well. It should go in a circle and each pancake will have a different face on each side. -A bamboo skewer works really well for flipping -Don’t forget to grease the wells between each set Hope this helps!
