Tech people really helpful but the problem I had wasn't with the player itself, it was because with my new Windows 10 computer, there was no Media Player like with my old computer. Microsoft didn't put it in Windows 10 like it used to be. Rooful never said anything about having to go and get another program to make this thing work. I did all they initially said to do and it still didn't work! I took it to my computer guy and he said the player works. That's not the problem. Went back to Rooful and their suggestions were a little beyond my technical ability to understand so I went back (time and money) to my computer guy and he said I could try their suggestions all day and it still wouldn't work. He said you need a program the player can connect to...(cha-ching) or it'll never work. He helped me find one online for free and voila! Took my computer home, installed the program, and it worked. Last communique from Rooful said to try the same program we had already installed ourselves. The player works! Beautiful picture and sound. No problems. Took me two weeks to get this thing working though! They shoulda warned the public this isn't really just a "plug and play" item. You gotta have the program, or install a program, for it to actually work. They should mention that in their advertising. The program I downloaded was free although they ask for donations. I would recommend this product. I gave it a 4 only because of the trouble I went through to get it to work. Otherwise, for the machine itself, I'd give it a 5.
