Alright this is a gorgeous mop, I do have one complaint that doesn't take a star away but still semi irritates me. Like I said the basket is beautiful and sturdy, the mop seems great but since the "fluff" what actually mops is a bit long and is not sewn put around the mop base. The plastic of the base tends to scratch my floor when it's exposed during the back and forth motion of the "fluff", it doesn't damage my floor but the noise is makes is irritating. I hope I am explaining myself but I'll attach a photo so that it makes the issue clear. Like I said it's not terrible but I wish the mop head had better structure.
