I have plantar fascitis i have to work 10 hour days my feet are killing me after 8 hours. I ordered this set because my bil suggested it he saidbit worked for him. The roller ball feels great on soles and I have used the supportive bands they feel kinda like insoles. I wear them with my crocs. The splint is a little uncomfortable but the instructions say you need to getvuse to it should only start with 1 hour 1st night and work my way up to 4 or 5 hours a night. Well I know it won't fix the problem overnight so far so good I can feel I'm working in the right direction.
