So this product has honestly changed my life. It not only helped me lose weight but made me feel so much better. I didn’t realize how groggy I was feeling all the time because of the food I ate. Sorry the pictures aren’t the best I didn’t take any super good before pictures. The black dress is my before and the pink shirt is my after. I lost in total almost 20 lbs in just a month. I lost 3 inches around my waist and 3 inches around my hips. I didn’t work out I’ve just been eating better and taking these pills. One of the major pluses for me was that it suppressed my appetite soooo well. My problem was quarantine caused binge eating. These pills have completely stopped my binge eating.
