Recently purchased this product and have been very pleased. I have a two year old and an two month old. The two year old brings a massive amount of dirt in the house. I enjoy being able to multitask- while the vacuum is running I can do laundry. Every extra minute helps when your a working mom!!! The vacuum worked well on hardwood floors and also running over rugs. The only time it had an issue was getting caught on the corner of the rug- usually it would correct itself or beep. The vacuum will also cut off when it has an issue. Cleaning the container was also EXTREMELY SIMPLE! This product was recommended to me from a friend who also has one. Your also able to program when you want it to clean- this is very helpful during the day while I am working and I also feel safe letting it run while not having to attend to it. Our home is around 2400sq ft- it usually returns to charge itself twice while cleaning. The quick start guide recommended not placing this base within a certain distance from other objects- My house personally does not have the amount of room suggested- so I had to put it beside a cabinet in the kitchen and I haven't had any issues doing that. I've also reached out to this company via face book messenger on the weekend / after hours and they responded quickly and very professional answering my questions appropriately. I would recommend this product and will purchase again in the future.
