Love these! Have these pants in 4 different colors. I'm 5' 6" and weigh about 140 and ordered a medium. I took some realistic photos of what my body looks like before and after pulling up the pants all the way. I'm by no means skinny and have a flabby tummy (thanks to 3 dang c-sections) and these keep it in check. They are also really good on the inner thigh, because mine rub together and I usually go through jeans/exercise pants pretty quickly due to that. I've had one pair for about 6 months and no holes! They hit mid shin, which I prefer over long pants. Would highly recommend!
