I ordered this bc I clench my teeth throughout the night. I’ve had some TMJ issues in the past and my dentist wanted me to spend thousands on a professional mouth guard and braces, although I had braces growing up. Few years later, I’m having increasing issues with migraines and it almost always starts with a mild headache and neck stiffness when I wake up. So, I decided to try these to see if they helped and if the clenching was causing the headaches. I went from 2-4 headache days a week to 4-5 weeks with NO headaches, until some extra stressful days at work. It was super easy to fit the mouth guard. I tried to just use my fingers to form the front and back and leave the bottom flat bc I wanted the thickness between my teeth. I also cut the front of it down so it’s about the height of my teeth bc these things are bulky enough to begin with and it’s halfway better having that cut down. Personally, I don’t plan for this to be a permanent solution for myself, but it was a quick, cheap, easy way to get some answers and know where to go from here.
