Update: July, 2020: Still use this product and love it! The purple nails are my most recent and have been on for 2 weeks and a couple of days. The polish stays on the best when you don’t touch the sides of your fingers. If the polish runs onto your skin (like in the pink nail picture) you will get lots of curling of the polish and then chipping. Now that I have more practice it works a lot better! Also clipping your cuticles will help this a lot! I know there are mixed reviews but it keeps the polish on longer without them. In the video you can see how the polish lifted around the spots that I had gotten my skin and how it’s still in great shape where I had it only touching the nail. In short, 1. Still love this! 2. Don’t get the polish on your skin, or wipe it off before curing it 3. Clip your cuticles to help it last longer Sept, 2019: Super easy to use! Instructions are included that gives a step by step for the perfect nails. These are very similar to how my nails feel after the salon! There are a few reviews of tacky nails or nails that smudge, I didn’t have a problem at all! I think the important part is THIN LAYERS of nail polish. Exactly what my salon does. Base coat, 3 super thin layers of gel polish, topcoat layer. I cured between each layer for 60 seconds. Some people said they had to do an alcohol rub over the last dry, but I didn’t find it necessary. I took a shower immediately after doing my nails and they held up great! I did do an extra 30sec under the lamp when I got out just to make them feel super hard. Overall, super impressed with this little lamp! I would also recommend Aimeili gel polish (base, color and top coat). Great prices, cheaper than most of my regular nail polishes! And the outcomes were wonderful! Can’t wait to practice more with this & perfect my nails!
