This flour is great - I purchased not knowing much about it and wanting to try to make Mochi.
I bought this to try and spoke to a Japanese friend, she told me to go to the Asian Supermarket. This flour was .79¢ at the Asian supermarket. I felt like an idiot for buying this for $5+ when they sell it locally for less than $1.
My recipe turned out great, but I will be buying locally from now on. Hopefully this review saves people money!
